1. Acceptance of Terms

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, okbk, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL okbk'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR PHP 10,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless okbk, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. okbk may require identity verification before processing final withdrawals. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

11.2 Suspension by okbk

okbk reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, security concerns, or regulatory compliance issues. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the matter and notify you of our decision within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Termination by okbk

okbk may terminate your account and these Terms immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information, or if we determine in our sole discretion that continuing the business relationship is not in okbk's best interests. Upon termination, all outstanding balances will be forfeited if the termination resulted from your breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

11.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. okbk operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations with okbk's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution.

12.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees associated with arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against okbk.

13. Amendments to Terms

okbk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
